I want to wish all of you that reads my little blog a Happy Easter!!!! Eat a lot of beautiful decorated eggs and a few but very good dark chocolate bunnies, relax, read a good book and give some extra kisses to the people you love!!!!

Buona Pasqua!!

The day started with a lovely breakfast under a clear blue sky and followed with lots of baths and a bit of to much sun! Grilled fish, papas arugado and mojo for dinner and we ended up our first day at the piazza with some (a lot of) rides;) 

It sure was a great day and what a night;)

I have been having a pile of photos and frames in my hallway now for two weeks, thinking that some day I will hang up some of them...

And today was the day... 

There is still about 10/15 frames more that I would like to put up on some wall but that will be for another day..... 

Now its time to close our suitcases, packing down all 5 passports and then hit the bed! Tomorrow I´m taking the kids for a little easter trip!!

Back at food heaven Noma, paradise for food nerds like us....

What about a classic aebleskive penetrated with a anchovy....

Or two delicious Pike perch fish heads...

Fresh milk curd and blueberry preserves

Onion and fermented plums

Beet and plums

Potatoes and bleak fish roe

Gammel dansk

Brown cheese and sloe berries

 After 15 plates and two bottles of Champagne I lost the counting, the only thing I can say was that it was a fantastic experience even this time! Fun, tasty and served in a super creative way and of corse in best company. Thank you Kwarme and Katarina, you are great!! 

Before heading back to Sweden we had quick stop a the shop Fil de Fer and I fell in LOVE!!

This is a must if you love French industrial furnitures....

I just wanted to buy the whole shop, such a great selection of objects!
