Back at food heaven Noma, paradise for food nerds like us....

What about a classic aebleskive penetrated with a anchovy....

Or two delicious Pike perch fish heads...

Let me try to remember some plates we had....

Moss and cep

Nordic coconut 

Cheese cookie, rocket and stems

Dried Carrot and sorrel

Pickeld and smoked quails egg

Lump fish and apple

Leek and cod roe

Fresh milk curd and blueberry preserves

Onion and fermented plums

Beet and plums

Potatoes and bleak fish roe

Brown cheese and sloe berries

 After 15 plates and two bottles of Champagne I lost the counting, the only thing I can say was that it was a fantastic experience even this time! Fun, tasty and served in a super creative way and of corse in best company. Thank you Kwarme and Katarina, you are great!! 

Before heading back to Sweden we had quick stop a the shop Fil de Fer and I fell in LOVE!!

This is a must if you love French industrial furnitures....

I just wanted to buy the whole shop, such a great selection of objects!

Big day today, it´s my husbands birthday!

Started the day with song, a glass of juice and a grapefruit, have to keep it light.... Guess where we are going for lunch today??????

Sitting in front of my little collage of pictures I made with photos from last summer, trying to work but my thoughts are spinning around and around in my head. I feel so blessed having such a beautiful family, today is one of those days I can´t wait for them coming home from school so I can tell them how much I love them and how special they are!

Better get ready now... Prepairing myself for the vernissage I´m hosting tonight for Guldägget, wish me good luck;)
