Nothing beats to wake up in your own bed after a week in a tiny and simple wood cabin in the Swiss- mountains, home sweet home!!!

Morning lecture, the last two numbers of the economist.... seems like we did a good choice to leave Italy for Sweden after all.... A 14 page story why the world should look at the Nordic countries and the hopeless case Italy....

Elections in Rome today, I really hope the Italians votes for the right man, Mr Monti or Mr Bersani, for the sake of Italy and also for the sake of the euro! Unfortunately a lot of Italians will still vote for Mr Berlusconi, they don´t seem to care to much of their country....

Dai Italia.....dai!!!!!!

Took the kids from cold Sweden to even colder but sunnier Verbier for a week! 

Sorry for not posting for a while but the internet sucks and who have time for blogging with three super mini-skiers???

Cleo is warming up at 06.30 and is ready to go!

Probably the smallest skies in all Switzerland....

Even mum and Dad get to have some fun in the mornings when the little ones go in their ski-school;)

Wet socks, cold hands, snory noses, mum I can´t find my ski, ups I just pied my pants!!

 Not really what i call vacation but we are having FUN any how!!!!!

The day started with a sleeping in morning then with new baked pain au chocolate and a cute Valentines card.....

My Valentine treat to myself, a looooooon first bath in my new bathroom with a lot of soft Argan oli, the day can hardly start better....

This afternoon I will bake heart shaped cake for the kids with a lot chocolates and tell them how much I love them

and then romantic tete- a-tete with my man. 

 Hope you get a super Valentines day too, love is in the air!!!!!!!!

It´s so nice to do small trips and getaways, leave your regular habits and "to do lists", breath some different air and get some distance to everything. And what´s even nicer is to come back to my lovely house and beautiful kids feeling rested and loaded with positivity.

Before I left for Marrakech I took in a branch from my old Magnolia tree in the garden and guess what, the day we came back it was in bloom!!!!!

Just a thing like that, the snow is falling outside and I´m going crazy for the Magnolia flowers inside.....

I think I'm staring to get old blogging about weather and flowers??!!

Or I´m just experiencing my first looong Swedish winter in about 15 years, yeah it´s probably that..... 

Our four days in Marrakech was everything I dreamed of!! 

Some adventures, good food, a lot of the ala menthe, 

perfect company, relaxing hamams, crazy shopping, new impressions, cozy riads

and a lot, a lot of photography!!! 

Me and my new camera is starting to become good friends so hold on, here comes a looooong

photostream and some north-african dessert winds....
