from yesterday’s coffeebreak at a cafe in Friedrichshain
Igår kollade vi på två lägenheter, de var inget vidare. Men jag hade en förhoppning att lägenheten vi skulle kolla på i morse var något för oss. Det var den, verkligen! Åh vad vi ville ha den. Och så kom haken – kontrakt på 4 år. Qué? Ok att flytta ut efter 2,5 om man flyttar utomlands. Well… mycket kan hända på så lång tid, så vi är lite tveksamma.
Idag hänger jag på Bread and Butter tillsammans med Svea och Spreefabrik. Det är häftigt här, kommer en rapport lite senare!
Yesterday we had a look at two apartments, none of them so great. But I had hopes the one we were going to see this morning had potential. And it had, really! Oh how we wanted it. And then came the catch – sign a contract for four years. Excuse me? Well it’s ok to move out after two and a half if you move to another city or overseas. Still a long time and lots can happen in those years, so we’re not sure.
Today I’m hanging out with Svea and Spreefabrik at Bread and Butter. It’s cool here, I will give you a report later!
